This should be a great trip! We are finally getting some crisp Fall weather, and it's been a while since we have camped @ Bullowa Scout Reservation. The camp is in the northern corner of Rockland County, New York. There is plenty to do in the 300 acres, including hiking and fishing in Lake Boyce.
Saturday, we will be heading to West Point Military Academy to watch the Army Black Knights take on
The Temple Owls @ 12:00 pm.

9am-12pm
If you are not camping at Bullowa please help YUMC with their Fall leaf cleanup.
Rain date is Sun, Nov 9th, at 1 pm.

Currently from our Troop 10 Klondike Patrol. If you’re interested please contact ASM Muller, or Erik Muller for details.
The Klondike derby is a weekend-long event where Scouts test their skills and endurance in cold weather survival and scout craft. Scouts are tested at a variety of stations on their knowledge and abilities, and also on how they work and operate as a patrol. We’ll be camping this year to improve our score and ensure we’re well-rested and able to enjoy the entire cold-weather experience.
Last year’s patrol placed in the middle of the competition with a minimum of experience and pure grit.

We will be staying in the Firestone Camp Lodge at Resica Falls.
Skiing location TBD

Youth Group Site 1 & 2

This is a beautiful spot along the Lehigh River near Jim Thorpe. We will do a 10+ mile bike ride (for those needing the requirement for camping MB) and get ice cream in town. We are looking into rafting on Sunday - TBD.

This is a unique camping experience on an island in the Delaware. About 45 minutes north on River Road, we take a barge across the Delaware to Treasure Island. This was a former BSA camp and the birthplace of the Order of the Arrow (OA). You can explore the island, work on MBs, participate in service projects/conservation, visit the camp store, and much more.
Note: this trip is backpacking-cooking as we leave the trailer behind. It’s a great time to work on the cooking requirement for Camping MB. SIGNUP HERE

Great opportunity for an hour of service (counts for conservation).

This will be an Advancement and New Scout Recruiting Event! We will plan lots of fun activities and work on requirements.

We will be staying in a Lodge and working in breakouts on requirements. The Klondike Derby team will be practicing for their event, and we will focus on other requirements/badges that scouts need.

We will take the train from Yardley into Philly and go to the Art Museum and in the afternoon take the subway to the Well Fargo Center to watch a Wings game (Lacrosse). Wings tickets are $38 for center section and we are looking into getting Septa Keys for everyone. More details to follow. Sign Up HERE
